Dunwoody is anchored by Perimeter Center, one of the largest commercial and retail districts in metro Atlanta, but the residential neighborhoods that ring it are a different world entirely — mature suburban streets built out mostly from the 1960s through the 1980s, with decades of tree growth that now shade a large share of the lots we quote there.
