Peachtree Corners is the one North Metro community we serve that sits in Gwinnett County rather than Fulton or DeKalb, and its housing stock tells a different story than its North Fulton neighbors. Many of the original subdivisions here were built in the 1970s and 80s, well before Peachtree Corners Town Center existed as the walkable mixed-use hub it is today, which means a lot of mature tree canopy has had forty-plus years to fill in over yards that started out full-sun. Newer infill construction closer to Town Center and along the busier corridors sits right alongside those older streets, so lot conditions vary block to block more than in a single-era subdivision.
